SATURDAY 11am: QiYoga, a gentle blend of hatha yoga postures and the flowing motion of qigong for wellness! By Debi Dunn, Certified Qigong, Tai Chi and Yoga instructor.
SATURDAY 12pm: Kundalini Yoga by Khalsa Healing Arts & Yoga Center. Awakening the universal mind, strengthening the 10 systems. By Khalsa Healing Arts & Yoga Center.
SATURDAY 1pm: Vinyasa Yoga by Main Line Yoga. This style of yoga flows gracefully from one pose to another, involving the entire body. It works to stretch the legs, strengthen the back and core muscles, to nourish the spine and to stimulate every system of the body.
SATURDAY 2pm: Qigong, slow-moving, fluid energy exercises that improve balance, flexibility and strength. It’s fun! By Debi Dunn, Certified Qigong, Tai Chi and Yoga instructor.
SATURDAY 3pm: Traditional Hatha Yoga by River of Life. This ancient practice utilizes a breathing technique and correct body posture to open all aspects of human nature to the divine. Helps center and rejuvenate one’s body.
SATURDAY 4pm: Tai Chi by River of Life Martial Arts and Wellness Center. A series of gentle physical movements and breathing techniques with mental and spiritual intent that allows you to experience meditative state embodied in Taoist philosophy.
SATURDAY 5pm: Pilates as mindful support and balanced therapeutic tool for back and neck issues, post surgery/hip replacements. By Andrea Littlewood, owner, BodeMotion alternative fitness studio.
